When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. When you submit a property listing URL, we store that URL and the documents we retrieve on your behalf.
Your name and email are used to identify you within the service and to pre-fill document request forms on property file portals (with your consent). Property listing data and extracted details are public by default — anyone with the link can view them.
Documents you submit are stored in Google Cloud Storage (Sydney, Australia) and processed by Google's Vertex AI (US) and Document AI (US). Analytics data is handled by Google Analytics. All infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform.
We use a session cookie (ps_auth) to keep you signed in.
Google Analytics sets its own cookies for usage measurement. No
advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Scraped documents are retained for up to 90 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing edward@edt.nz. You have the right to access and correct your personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
